The active ingredient in Gummy Owls is a yam super fiber -- the most condensed dietary fiber on earth-- proven to safely reduce body weight and fat in adults and youth (ages 12 & up). In October 2010, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) declared that this yam fiber is effective in reducing body weight, as well as supporting cholesterol and heart health: No other fiber has this EFSA approval.
